Sex education should not be left for parents only, but it should be promoted and be firmly integrated into the school curriculum.Sex education serves to impart kids with accurate information that helps them to make informed choices about sex. They get to understand various matters about human sexuality, learn the reasons for abstaining from sex and the benefits abstinence offers and acquire a ton of information about sexual health. Without sex ed ucation, these kids are fed with myths on sex and the changes they experience, and at the end of the day, they make uninformed choices and wrong decisions leading to cases such as teen pregnancy and STIs.Another goal of sex education is to help and support teenagers as they go through emotional, physical and moral development.
